Service Description

During our sessions, we will deep dive into what's been holding you back from being 'you.' Whether it's been a toxic relationship, a job you hate, difficult familial relationships, or burn out, we'll explore what's no longer serving you. By the end of the 6 sessions, you'll have the tools you need to honour yourself and live a life that's aligned. You'll leave feeling more self assured, confident and more importantly, safe being your authentic self.
